Representing Aix-en-Provence as the artist of the twin sister of Tübingen at the Tübinger Kulturnacht 2022, I presented a monumental Video Mapping made for the event. For the monumental “Hölzerne Fastnacht” the research was developed around the theme of architectural and plastic dimensions. I looked for a way to create an animation that mixed the relationship between modernity and scale, using the medium of wood construction. toys to create a monumental structure that questions the future of the urban context. As in my last video mapping, “Legolandia”, made for the Pavillon Vendôme in Aix -en-Provence, “Hölzerne Fastnacht” plays with the sense of modernity, creating a monumental parallel between fiction and urbanism, engaging for all ages spectators.
